Room was clean and spacious with a nice decor. Had issues with the shower temperature not being consistent. Close to a golf course, which is a plus for golfers. staff were friendly but parking was a bit tight.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast options were great. The elevator layout was awkward and caused some inconvenience. Plenty of dining options nearby, and the golf course is just a short drive away.

One of the highlights was the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom which was spotless. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for nearby dining options and activities for our group. there were a few areas that needed improvement. The air conditioning in our room seemed to struggle with the humidity, especially on the 5th floor. The hallway felt hot and stuffy, and the sheets on the bed felt damp at times. we encountered ants in our initial room, which was promptly addressed by the staff who moved us to a different room. It was disappointing to hear that our friends who arrived later were also given the same room with ants, indicating a recurring issue that should have been resolved beforehand. Despite these setbacks, we appreciated the efforts of the staff to accommodate our needs and ensure our comfort. The amenities in the room, such as the flat-screen TV, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, added to our overall convenience during the stay. The housekeeping service was efficient, and we also took advantage of the self-service laundry facilities available on-site. While there were some challenges during our time at Best Western, the overall experience was satisfactory thanks to the attentive staff and the well-maintained room amenities.

Temperature control was efficient, providing a cozy environment. Noise was an issue due to rowdy guests above, but ear plugs helped. The refrigerator was quite loud and buzzed constantly. Cleanliness varied; the bathroom had some areas that needed attention, like urine around the toilet base. The staff was helpful, especially when we moved to a cleaner room. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive, and one day we encountered spoiled milk.

Location was superb, making it easy for us to explore the city. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and we especially appreciated the renovated room design, including a spacious shower with glass doors. the well-placed elevators made it convenient to move around without crossing the lobby repeatedly.

There were some drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work efficiently, requiring us to set it to a low temperature for comfort.

This hotel is just off the main highway which makes it super easy to get to and you're only a few minutes away by car from downtown Greenville where you can enjoy a lovely stroll around the picturesque area with parks and the Reedy River, plus you're so close to a variety of restaurants and shopping choices like The Shops at Greenridge which is about almost 2 km away and the food options right around the corner was amazing, the breakfast here was really nice with a great selection so you can start your day well, the room was really comfortable with a spacious shower that I loved but I wish the elevators were more centralized instead of at the end of each hallway.

The fitness center offered a good variety of machines. Breakfast was commendable-potatoes, crispy bacon, and waffles, though some might desire donuts. Accessibility seemed overlooked; hallways posed a challenge for transporting luggage. A mirror fell in the room, a clear sign of missed maintenance. Friendly staff made up for some setbacks, though slow elevators proved frustrating. A $123 rate felt high given the outdated elements, but I appreciated the value nonetheless. I'd reconsider future stays, yet improvements are necessary.

The breakfast spread was impressive-lots of options and everything tasted great. the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and there were issues with the fridge in my room that spoiled my food. The elevator situation was a bit inconvenient, with long wait times. Despite these hiccups, the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness made for a decent stay. I chose Best Western Plus for its proximity to Haywood Mall. The evening manager's reception pleasantly surprised me and the complimentary continental breakfast was a great start to my day.

Extra credit card requirement unnecessary.

Great staff, especially the check-in lady who worked hard to facilitate our early check-in successfully. The breakfast was awesome, offering fresh eggs and various meat options each morning, along with a wide variety of choices.

Some maintenance issues were noticeable in the upgraded room, such as the sliding shower door not closing properly and broken towel racks. Additionally, the phone in the room was not functional.

we stayed at the best western plus hotel and had a fabulous experience. the breakfast options were ample with fresh fruit, and the staff was very friendly. the entire facility was clean and well maintained, and we felt very safe. the room had a safe, which we loved. the contemporary design and clean amenities truly made it worth the value. stylish, modern, and a great value for your buck.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, especially for families with children like us. The room was comfortable and clean, and we really appreciated the stylish and modern design. The staff, both at the front desk and throughout our stay, were incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the location, as it was close to stores and convenient for the conference we attended. We would happily come back the next time we're in the area.

Some of the bathroom cleaning could have been better, as we encountered some solution residue in the tub.
